🌙 Observe the Moon!

đź” Night Sky Observing with RASC
Get ready for a moon-tastic night at Mariners Park Museum! Join members of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada for an evening of lunar exploration through one of their telescopes.
We’ll be catching the Moon near its first quarter phase—one of the absolute best times to see its surface pop with detail. The dramatic terminator line (where day meets night on the lunar surface) creates perfect shadows that reveal craters, mountains, and valleys in stunning contrast.
✨ It’s like seeing the Moon in HD, but better.
✨ It’s our closest celestial neighbour—come say hello.
Don’t miss this chance to experience the Moon up close and personal with fellow sky‑watchers. It’s going to be a beautiful night.
