The 2022 Annual General Meeting is Fast Approaching!
South Shore Joint Initiative’s online Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Wednesday June 8, 2022, from 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. Our guest speaker this year is Susan Grigg, Senior Park Planner for the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks. Susan will be giving a presentation on the work MECP has been doing to gain an understanding of the level of biodiversity in the areas of Ostrander Point Crown Block and Point Petre Provincial Wildlife Area.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Registration is required for attendance online.
Members of South Shore Joint Initiative are eligible to vote on motions being brought forward during the AGM. An email will be sent to all members regarding proxy voting if you are unable to attend the meeting.
Note that South Shore Joint Initiative members include individuals and groups that have:
- Donated a minimum of $20.00 to South Shore Joint Initiative since April 1, 2021
- Donated a minimum of $20.00 to the Hudgin Log House Restoration Project since April 1, 2021
- Purchased a South Shore Joint Initiative membership since April 1, 2021
