PEPtBO's online Bird Day 2020 event was a success with beautiful slideshows and illuminating stories about the birds of Mexico, Australia & New Zealand, and Florida.  A video recording of this presentation is available and more online events are being planned.  Sign up!

Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory (PEPtBO) joined forces with SSJI on May 8, 2020 to present an online event to celebrate World Migratory Bird Day.  In Canada the national celebration is coordinated annually by Nature Canada and usually consists of many events held out in nature.  But as we all know these are not usual times.  While we weren't able to gather in person for this celebration, four talented photographers brought the birds to us, beautifully illustrating Bird Day's theme of "Birds Connect Our World".
