Step Up For The Climate

Make sure to visit South Shore Joint Initiative volunteers at the signature one-day 'EXPO' event which is organized by the Prince Edward County's Environmental Advisory Committee as part of the Earth Day week-long celebrations. It will be held in the Rotary Hall of the Picton Community Centre on Saturday, May 4th.

You will learn about the rare oak-hickory forest in PEC, its soil, and rare species. This is a great opportunity to connect with SSJI's volunteers and to find out about some new and exciting projects.
